The Answers You Need

What are the payment options?

We utilize Stripe as our payment processor, so all major credit and debit cards are accepted directly through our site.  Not comfortable paying via our store or prefer to pay via your bank account? No problem!  We have business accounts with Venmo, Paypal, and Square as well, so we have you covered!

What is your return policy?

Engraved Items: Because we custom make every item especially for your, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Rest assured, however, that we do not produce your items until you are 100% satisfied with the design.

Material Items: We will do everything we can to make sure you love our materials, but if you don't, you are free to return any unused items.

What is your shipping policy?

We have USPS integrated right into our site, and costs are based on the weight of each individual item in your cart, so you can make sure that what you are paying for shipping is exactly the rate that USPS charges us.  No excess shipping charges here!

How do I place a custom bulk order?

For engraving, if you want to place a custom order, feel free to utilize the contact us section of this webpage or email us directly at Info@BLovesEngraving.com.

For material, if you wish to place a large order or would like a custom design quote, send us a message at Info@BLovesEngraving.com.

How do pre-orders work?

As we are a startup small business, we do not currently have substantial inventory in stock, so we allow our customers to pre-order a few weeks in advance, and then we order anything that we need from our manufacturer and send to you hot off the press!  Simply place your order, and we will keep you informed every step of the way until your items are to your door.
